To use a solar charger to charge the Anker SOLIX C1000: - Use an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. - For 11-32V, the supported current is 10A max. - For 32-60V, the supported current is 12.5A max. - For best compatibility, use these Anker solar panel series: 625, 531, or PS400.

To use the Anker app, first connect to a network before using it for the first time. After connecting, you can connect the power station to off-grid devices via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

If the car charger port is not charging your device less than 120W, ensure that you first insert the car charging device and then turn on the car charger button switch to initiate charging. Failure to do so may trigger overload protection.

To activate SurgePad on the Anker SOLIX C1000, it activates when the total output exceeds the rated output. Heat-generating devices work best, but SurgePad does not support precision instruments and other devices with voltage protection or a strict voltage requirement.
